Sunset & Sunrise Villas are located in the village Stanisici, 4 kilometers from Budva, on the road to Cetinje. The property area on which there are two villas is 3500 sqm. In a typical Mediterranean ambience and architecture, visitors can enjoy the intimacy of the space, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and views of the Adriatic Sea in the distance. The facility has a summer kitchen with terraces of 600 sqm. There an outdoor pool( 10x4 m) with an integrated Jacuzzi. There are wooden deck chairs around the pool, which fit perfectly into the ambience.
The summer kitchen is equipped with complete equipment and service for preparing and serving food. A mobile table for table tennis has been set up in the courtyard, as well as a boxing bag for all those who want to practice sports activities during their stay. Under the summer garden, there is a garden, where various fruits and vegetables are planted. Depending on the period of stay, fresh and organic products from your own garden are available. All rooms in the villas are equipped with fleet screens of 32 inches and living rooms with larger than 50 and 55 inches. The sunset with light yellow to bright red colour is a real experience.
